Metatech External Power Stabiliser~~A double serial connector RS232 (male to female) that applies an external power supply between the serial port and a data cable. Some service unlocking and flashing programs require a stable voltage to operate successfully, and this adapter stabilises the voltage through the use of a 9v battery. It can be used with all phones, but is especially necessary for, Alcatel, Panasonic, Sony and Samsung phones.
