The transfer of the purchase details from our site to our payment processor are encapsulated using an encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Security for the Shopper
Any communication between you and the payment processor is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by your browser using TLS or 128 Bit SSL. You are also protected from fraudulent use of your card in a "card not present" environment, by your card issuer.

Data storage on the payment processing systems, and the communication between ourselves, the payment processor and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.
Guarantee
None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.
1. Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
2. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
3. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, we will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at our site while using the secure server.
A Few Important Notes: this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using our own secure server. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
