Returns Info~Product is faulty (after 14 days)

If an item you have received from us is develops a fault after 14 days of arrival or if you only report a fault to us after 14 days of arrival, then this will be treated as a warranty repair and you should report the matter to us using our online supoprt form.

Use of our "Online Support Form" facility involves filling in an online form that requests the relevant details about the problem. Even if you do not want "support" you must still use this system to report the problem to us. The information provided by you will then be validated and processed, and within 2 working days we will contact you with a response to your form entry. This response will be either:

1. The item being confirmed as probably faulty, and you will be provided with returns details.
2. A request for further information about the problem, or clarification about some of the details you have provided.
3. Diagnosis of why your problem has occurred and what you can do to resolve the problem.

If the item you purchased is still within its warranty period and the information you provided leads us to believe that the item is faulty, then we will provide you with returns instructions and a returns authorisation number. You will then have 14 days within which to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the item it will be security checked to confirm it was actually purchased from us and thoroughly inspected and tested to confirm if the described faults do actually exist. If, after the testing and inspection process is complete, the item is confirmed as faulty, then the following will occur:

1. The fault will be repaired, or you will be sent a replacement item.
2. Your postage costs for returning the goods to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will be refunded.

If after testing, we find that that the item is not faulty and in full working order or that the item has been physically damaged or broken as a result of misuse, accidental damage or incorrect fitting then the following will occur:

1. Your postage costs for returning the goods to us will not be refunded.
2. You will be invoiced for a 25% administration fee and the cost of return delivery.
3. The item will be returned to you upon settlement of the invoice.

If after checking the item, we find that that the item was not purchased from us, then the following will occur:

1. You will be invoiced for a 30% administration fee and the cost of return delivery.
2. The item will be returned to you upon settlement of the invoice.
3. Your details will be added to a mail order fraud blacklist.

Warranty returns and repairs can take up to 6 weeks from receipt of the goods to be fully processed. As with original manufacturer accessories, after our own testing and inspection of the item, we will return the goods to the relevant manufacturer or distributor for repair which may delay the process from our usual time of 1 to 3 weeks. In some cases we may ask you to contact the manufacturer directly to speed up the returns process, but we will always handle the repair if you are unable or unwilling to deal directly with the manufacturer.~~~2279~2316~~
